Meet the Team

Bringing more than 35 years of experience, I serve as the practice’s Financial Coordinator. My deep understanding of patient care stems from my foundational years as a clinical assistant, giving me a comprehensive view of the orthodontic journey. I am deeply driven by the reward of witnessing our patients transform, grow, and achieve confident, life-changing smiles. In my current role, I leverage my extensive experience to make elite orthodontic care accessible to all. My seamless blend of clinical insight and fiscal guidance ensures a transparent, supportive, and stress-free process for every patient.

Outside of the office, I enjoy an active lifestyle with my husband, David, and our two children, Maddie and Carson. I spend my personal time playing pickleball and volleyball.

With over 25 years of dedicated experience working with Dr. Summe, I serve as the vital backbone of the practice. As Patient Coordinator, I wear many hats to ensure the office runs seamlessly and efficiently. I specialize in implementing cutting-edge dental technologies to continuously elevate the standard of care. No matter where I am working in the clinic, my primary passion remains assisting patients and creating beautiful smiles. My decade-spanning commitment to operational excellence and patient comfort makes every visitor feel right at home.

Outside of the office, I am a devoted Chicago Cubs fan who loves celebrating their historic milestones. Above all, I treasure spending quality free time with my sons, Mathis and Colton.

For the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of working as a clinical assistant with Dr. Summe. This practice is especially meaningful to me because I was once Dr. Summe’s patient, and now I get to help others through their own orthodontic experience. I love building relationships with patients, helping them feel at ease during treatment, and watching their confidence grow as their smiles change.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my growing family and friends, playing volleyball, and making memories with the people I love.

My position as a clinical assistant allows me to work closely with Dr. Summe and our patients throughout their orthodontic treatment. I love being a clinical assistant because I get to build relationships with my patients while helping them achieve a smile they can feel confident in. Having previously been a patient of Dr. Summe myself, it's especially meaningful to now be a part of the team and help create the same positive experience for others. It's so rewarding to watch each patient's smile transform throughout treatment. When I'm not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with my family and friends, taking photos, exploring new places, or enjoying a good matcha!
